2. Request the sample from pathology. This can be arranged via your oncologist. 
3. Test results are sent back to the ordering physician within 3 to 4 weeks.

A biopsy of the original tumor tissue or metastasis in the form of an FFPE block. 

A completed order form signed by both oncologist and patient.

 A copy of the pathology report associated with the submitted sample.

The test takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to complete. The requesting oncologist will receive the result in the form of a personalized report that contains information about the molecular profile of the tumor and genes/gene signatures relevant to the patient's treatment and prognosis.
